Main characteristics

Ordivant is a browser-based service for recording up to 30 inventory items with up to four photos per item, inviting another party, separately confirming the same version and generating a completion PDF. It does not replace a principal contract or legal review.

Total price

USD 19.90 once per case plus applicable sales tax. Stripe Checkout displays the binding total and transaction currency before purchase. There is no subscription and no participation fee for the invited party.

Payment and performance

Payment uses Stripe Managed Payments. The Stripe or Link entity identified at checkout is merchant of record for the transaction, calculates, collects and remits applicable indirect taxes, and provides payment documents. Available payment methods and any additional checkout terms are displayed before purchase. The case is activated after confirmed payment. Both parties must confirm the same version before the completion PDF can be generated.

Technical requirements

A current web browser, internet access, a reachable email address and a PDF-capable device or program are required. The interface is mobile-friendly and available in German and English.

Contract steps and correction

You first create a free draft and can review the information before payment. After payment you may invite the other party. Changes create a new version and reset previous approvals. The contract text and legal information are documented in the version applicable when the contract is concluded.

Duration and termination

The contract applies to one case and ends when the case is completed or deleted. There is no automatic renewal. The intended deletion date is shown in the case.

Withdrawal and statutory rights

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See the Withdrawal Notice. Statutory warranty and other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Send complaints to support@evidantra.com. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025. Evidantra LLC currently does not participate voluntarily in proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
