Ordivant provides technical documentation functions. Evidantra LLC does not verify ownership of inventory, the accuracy of price or condition information, the validity of a principal contract or whether the completion document is suitable for a specific legal purpose.

Responsibility for content

The parties are responsible for their information, uploaded images, necessary rights and final review of the confirmed version. The PDF records statements made in the system but does not guarantee identity, authority or performance by either party.

Liability of Evidantra LLC

To the extent permitted by law, Evidantra LLC is liable for ordinary negligence only where an essential contractual duty is breached and only for typically foreseeable loss. Essential duties are those whose performance makes proper execution of the contract possible and on which users normally rely.

This limitation does not apply to intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, express guarantees, mandatory product liability law or where other mandatory law requires broader liability.
