Terms of use

Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. Provider, merchant of record and scope

Evidantra LLC operates Ordivant and provides the technical product service. For purchases through Stripe Managed Payments, the Stripe or Link entity identified at checkout acts as merchant of record and seller for the payment transaction. These terms govern use of one Ordivant case; any additional merchant-of-record terms are displayed at checkout before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Service

Ordivant supports the structured capture, coordination, confirmation and documentation of inventory. The completion document is intended as an appendix to a principal contract selected by the parties. Ordivant does not create that contract, verify ownership or values, or provide legal advice.

3. Formation of the contract

Preparing a case is free and non-binding. Before payment, the scope, total price, these Terms, Consumer Information and Withdrawal Notice are displayed. The purchase is completed in Stripe Checkout under the terms shown there. The Ordivant right of use begins when the merchant of record confirms payment and the paid case is activated.

4. Price and payment

The price is USD 19.90 once per case plus applicable sales tax. There is no subscription. Stripe Managed Payments displays the binding total, transaction currency, merchant of record and available payment methods before purchase. The merchant of record calculates, collects and remits applicable indirect taxes and provides the related payment documents. The invited party pays no additional fee.

5. Duties of the parties

The parties must review their information before confirming, hold the necessary rights to uploaded images and content, and must not submit unlawful content, malware or unnecessary data about uninvolved third parties. Access details and invitation links must be kept confidential.

6. Completion

A completion document is generated only after both parties have approved the same version. Changes create a new version and reset earlier approvals. The parties must download the document before the displayed deletion date and validly incorporate it into their chosen principal contract.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to operate the service securely and reliably. Temporary interruption due to maintenance, security measures or events outside our control cannot be excluded. A materially adverse change to an already paid case will not be made without objective reason and appropriate notice.

8. Statutory rights, withdrawal and liability

Statutory warranty and consumer rights are not restricted. Consumers should also read the Withdrawal Notice, Consumer Information and Liability information.

9. Deletion

The deletion date shown in the case applies. The case is deleted automatically after expiry unless statutory retention duties or necessary legal evidence require otherwise. Documents must be downloaded in time.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

New Mexico law applies. For consumers, this choice applies only insofar as it does not remove the protection of mandatory provisions in the state of their habitual residence. No exclusive jurisdiction is agreed for consumers.

11. Contact

Questions, complaints and legally relevant notices may be sent to support@evidantra.com.
