Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise this right, inform us - Evidantra LLC, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE R, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110, USA, email: support@evidantra.com - by an unequivocal statement. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

It is sufficient to send the notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. We generally use the same payment method and charge no reimbursement fee.

Performance during the withdrawal period

Ordivant is activated immediately after confirmed payment at your express request. You may withdraw until the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw before full performance, we currently refund the Ordivant price in full as a gesture of goodwill and do not claim proportionate payment.

The right expires once the service has been fully performed after you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that full performance ends the right of withdrawal.
