Dispute resolution
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025. Evidantra LLC is currently neither obliged nor willing to participate voluntarily in proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
